MEET THE OWNER & SLP
Naiceli Almaguer, M.S, CCC-SLP
Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist and mom of two young children, I understand how important communication is in the moments that make up our everyday lives. From playtime and mealtimes to bedtime routines and conversations throughout the day, these are the moments where children learn, connect, and grow. I love helping parents recognize these opportunities and feel confident supporting their child’s communication development in ways that feel natural and meaningful.
Some of the most rewarding moments in my work are those “ah-ha” moments - hearing a child say a new word for the first time, watching them find new ways to express themselves, or seeing their unique personality shine through communication. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, connected, and excited to play, which is why my therapy approach is child-led and play-based. By following each child’s interests, I create meaningful opportunities for communication while making therapy feel fun and engaging.
I believe therapy is most effective when the therapist, child, and family work together as a team. My goal is to partner with families, provide practical strategies that fit into everyday routines, and help children build communication skills that carry beyond our sessions.
I have experience providing speech and language therapy in clinic, school, and home settings, and I enjoy creating individualized therapy that celebrates each child’s strengths while supporting their unique communication goals.
When I’m not wearing my SLP hat, you can find me spending time with my husband, our two little ones, and our dogs, reading, binge-watching my favorite shows, or wandering the aisles of Target and TJ Maxx with an iced coffee in hand.
“We are never more fully alive, more completely ourselves, or more deeply engrossed in anything than when we are playing.”
